Foundation for Collective Prosperity, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) private foundation based in New York. We fund education and community capacity — the work of widening who gets to share in the prosperity of a new technological age.
As machines take on more of the world’s work, the value they create can gather in very few hands — or it can be reinvested in people. We fund the second path: education, the formation of judgment and character, and the capacity of communities to author their own development.
As a private foundation, our part is to find those people and stand with them. Someone who has spent years learning a community from within — or working at a single, stubborn problem — understands it in ways no outside funder can, and is best placed to steward resources so that ownership grows among the people they serve.
